Return Policy:
- Skywin Gifts and Letters will not accept returns and refunds for customized products as it’s specially made for you. We would like you to read the description and specification while placing your orders.
- In case of perishable items, delivery will be attempted just once.
- If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable in future.
- No refunds are possible in such cases.
Cancellation by Skywin Gifts:
- Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control.
- We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product.
- In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
Cancellation by Customers:
- Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
- Customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless Lee Gifts & Letters is unable to fulfill the order in any way.
- However, you can contact our customer service to check the status of your order to cancel.
- Once started the customized order at cause. In unavoidable condition, 50% of the product price can be refined.
